The Job Revolution offers employers of all sizes access to comprehensive advertising packages on the leading UK online job board web sites. 

 

For around the same price as one advert on one site, TheJobRevolution.co.uk will post your job advert to the big four - Monster, Totaljobs, Jobsite and Reed - as well as to suitable specialist niche websites and local job boards if relevant.

 

It sounds too good to be true - why is it so cheap?

Our existing relationships with job board providers (and through economies of scale) we are able to purchase advertising space for less than direct employers.  With over 7 year's online recruitment experience we are very familiar with the leading job boards - meaning we can post effective job adverts quickly.

 

What else does the price include besides advertising?

We will also produce a web optimised job advert from the job specification you provide us with.  Prior to writing the advert we'll research the current local and regional market for similar roles to ascertain where your role fits.  By doing this we can make recommendations as to how we can make your job advert stand out - to achieve applications from the right candidates.

 

By web optimising your advert with key search terms we can increase the likelihood that your job will be sent directly in to the inbox of candidates who subscribe to job alerts for job ads featuring certain terms.

Although we are based in Gloucestershire our service is available to employers throughout the UK.

We are able to offer online recruitment advertising campaigns for roles in most sectors.  Traditionally, online recruitment campaigns have been most successful in the following sectors: Admin and secretarial,; Legal, finance and insurance; Marketing and PR; Media.

How do you differ from traditional recruitment consultancies?

We don't charge extortionate percentage of first year's salary placement fees.  We don't withhold applicants contact details.

 

Our staff are not sales people and don't call themselves consultants, instead we employ Account Managers focused on achieving maximum exposure for your vacancy on the most suitable job boards.

 

We manage the initial candidate sourcing online advertising campaign for your job vacancy.  We then forward all applications, giving you the freedom to to decide on the next step.  We leave organising interviews to you.

 

We only advertise online.  Based on our own experience, traditional print advertisements are becoming increasingly costly despite attracting a decreasing number of suitable applications.

How long does the advertising campaign last for?
We offer campaigns lasting up to four weeks.  Introductory campaigns last a week and offer an affordable way of trying out online recruitment.  Rather than charging you for a four week campaign upfront, we allow you to buy an introductory package and then add extra weeks as needed.  This means you can minimise any unnecessary outlay. 
 
For example, if you find your ideal candidate in the second week of your campaign you have only paid for two weeks not four.  Check our pricing page for further details.
 
Will our logo appear on the online adverts?
Your company logo will not appear on the online adverts due to third party restrictions.  We will manage all initial enquiries by potential applicants.
 
How often do you forward applicants CVs?
We can forward CVs on a daily, every other day or weekly basis - whichever suits you.
 
What if we want to hire more than one applicant for a role with the same job title?
Are you looking for a new team of Customer Service Executives or Administrators? The beauty of our flat fee pricing structure is that there are no additional fees to pay - even if your job advert results in 4 or more successful placements for roles with the same job title.

What do I need to do to start my first campaign?
Simply visit our pricing page, select a package which suits your requirements - the Introductory package is a good starting point - click on the link to make an online payment via paypal.  Then complete the online job information form and click submit. 
 
We'll then produce a web optimised job advert which we will send to you for approval.  Once you've signed off the advert we'll start posting the ad to relevant job sites.
 
We will forward CVs from applicants daily, every other day or weekly, depending on your requirements.
